After a nice critique on this piece, I went bac to fix up the eye, :-). I hope you guys like it, :-)

Finally!! I think I can say it's done, lol. I'm still not quite sure if I like the background but I blurred it a lot because I don't want any of the focus to be on the background.

Not much else to say. I did some minor touches, like the eyelashes should look more "equine" instead of "human" lmao. I added a little more depth to the neck with added shadows and highlights.

Just amazing! How long did this take? You've been working on it for months! You have waaay more patience than I do! :D

The background looks good in soft-focus like you have it.

Thank you very much, :-). I got the idea after you and I had been chatting about backgrounds and how for the work put into the horse, that a background would be too much. I first thought about doing something simple like the background used for - [link] - but then I thought about expanding on that and giving it a simple tree background and blurring it.

Your time and effort really paid off. This is absolutely beautiful. There's so many small details that I'm in love with: the metal and leather, the eye, the little tendrils of mane that are hanging down, and the highlight/shadows on the neck.

Geez this is just amazing...I LOVE the metal details,they are stunning...the eye and the long chin hair are awesome as well.I am so jealous of your amazing talent...what did you use to draw this in?
