The Day I Lost My Last Name

September 1st, 2012 Saturday This is the day that I was joined in marriage to the love of my life and soulmate, Micheal. It was a glorious and wonderful day!  It was held on the large gazebo at Island Park.  And the weather was perfect that day!  It was around 90 degrees, but just enough of a random wind to keep us cool!  Purple and silver were the colors, with butterflies as the theme.  I had so much fun making pretty close to everything involved, lol.  Right down to punching out my own hearts and butterflies of a few sizes for the confetti for the tables at the reception, :-).  I'm just waiting for the pictures to come back from my photog

My Birthday is around the corner!

Greetings, all!! I know that I haven't been very active and I'm hoping to get back into making art again real soon.  My hours at work have been going up and down, so I'm hoping that it goes down to a nice balance to let me work on art.  It probably won't be until after the Christmas season because I'll be spending several days out of town and then I have no idea what my work hours will be yet, lol. BUT...  I am also hoping to make a little extra cash for Christmas, so I'm hoping to get a commission or two (or more, lol) done before then.
